RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
If you'd like to ensure that your reservation is actioned immediately, submit this request with credit card details in order that a booking deposit can be taken. Until these details are provided, your enquiry will not be confirmed as a booking, but only an enquiry as to current availability. Our response in that case can only reflect the situation at the moment of answering because, thanks to the internet, another customer could book the space you are seeking at any minute of the day. A deposit will only be processed if a reservation can be made for you. If you do provide these details we will assume that you do wish to make the booking if your request can be met. A deposit of $20 per dorm bed will be taken, or in the case of a higher priced room, an amount equal to the first night’s stay. This amount will secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable, at our discretion, as we may be turning away other bookings to honour yours, though if you do need to cancel, and you give us sufficient notice so that we can fill the vacancy, we may offer a refund or a credit note. At peak trading times we reserve the right to ask you for higher deposits for bookings of more than one night’s duration, though we will check with you first.

PICK UP CONDITIONS:
Our free pick up service is offered usually only for bookings equivalent to 3 night’s stay in a dorm bed or one night in a double room. That is because of the distance to the airport and the increased costs of fuel and staff wages. The service is also conditional upon availability of human and mechanical resources, and is not guaranteed, though we will always endeavour to satisfy customer requests. In the event that this service should be unavoidably unavailable, there is an Airport to City ‘door to door’ shuttle bus service, as well as a large number of taxis. If you arrive in Perth and are unsure about where to find our bus service, please call us for instructions on 9227 9969.
